We chose John because we’ve known him for 5 years and trust him. Also because he knows our building and its history very well and could represent us with detailed accuracy. To do this, he accompanied our buyers and their Realtor for showings of our home. He was able to point out features and advantages that may have been missed by a realtor who is less familiar with thebuilding. Because of his close involvement in showings and excellent communication with both parties, the sale proceeded quickly and easily.

John took care of everything in the sale of our home and finding us this perfect urban home in crocus hill. He held over 20 “open houses and realtor tours” He had our home staged by an artist and stood firm on the changes he felt we needed to make in order to market our home. He found first time home buyer financing for the people who bought our home. He showed us over 80 homes and never once pressured us. He even spent a whole day physically helping us move. I know I called him between 2-5 times a day for 3 months and he was always there to help. We got all of this service for a lower commission rate. He is great!!!!
